Welcome to the home of Nuneaton Hockey Club's FANTASY HOCKEY competition. This was a resounding success again last season, creating healthy competition and a zest for points throughout the campaign!! This season's Champions will walk away with the £75-00 first prize!! GO FOR IT!! |
The Fantasy Hockey game costs £ 5 per team entered to play (you can enter as many teams as you like). To enter a fantasy hockey team you must select 11 players within your budget of £60m. Teams must then be submitted to score points in the game. FANTASY POINTS ARE ONLY APPLIED TO LEAGUE MATCHES - NOT FRIENDLIES In order to obtain points from the very first qualifying matches your teams must have been received by 23.59 on WEDNESDAY 31st OCTOBER 2007. All teams submitted upto this deadline will score points from the first Saturday AFTER the entry was received (ie. 3 November). ALL POINTS GAINED BETWEEN 29 SEPTEMBER - 27 OCTOBER WILL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE FANTASY LEAGUE - THIS IS DUE TO THE LOW NUMBER OF TEAMS ENTERED (cos of £10 fee!!). THEY WILL COUNT WHERE YOU SEE THE INDIVIDUAL POINTS LISTINGS ON THE SITE - JUST NOT IN THE LEAGUE. TRANSFER WINDOW - you will be able to make transfers in the transfer window over the Christmas break (Dec 16 2007 - Jan 11 2008). You can notify Roger of your transfers via the CONTACT FORM HERE. YOUR FORMATION MUST BE 4-4-2 - no other formation will be accepted. REMEMBER FANTASY POINTS CAN ONLY BE GAINED IN LEAGUE MATCHES - NOT FRIENDLIES! PLAYER POSITIONS Each player will be allocated to a certain position - ie. Goalkeeper, Defender, Midfield or Forward. Obviously, some players will play in different positions throughout the season, but their categorisation will not change. Qualification for "TEAM OF THE YEAR" will be based on these categorisations. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SELECT A PLAYER IN A CATEGORY DIFFERENT TO THAT SHOWN ON THE PLAYER LISTINGS. |
